Description

Rider Signs are the small strips that hang above or below a real estate sign: Sold, Pending, Open House, the agent's name and number. They let you update a listing sign without replacing the whole sign.

Sizes

Eight sizes, in two heights:

• 4" tall: 4" x 12", 4" x 18", 4" x 24", 4" x 36"
• 6" tall: 6" x 12", 6" x 18", 6" x 24", 6" x 36"

Match the width to the sign frame you already use.

Material and Printing

Printed on 4mm White Coroplast, the same corrugated plastic used for yard signs. It is light and stands up to outdoor use. There is no coating.

Print Full Color Front, or Full Color Front / Full Color Back. Two-sided riders can be read by cars coming from both directions.

Rider Pins

Choose Yes to have rider pins included, so you can hang the riders from the frame when they arrive. Choose No if you already have hardware.

Quantities

Order from 1 to 150 riders. One or two works for a single listing. Agents and brokerages with many listings can order a stack of Sold or Open House riders at once.
