Vegas Design & Print (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a service mark of GC Web Studio, LLC, operates the website https://www.vdprint.com (the “Service”). TaxJar
We use TaxJar to calculate sales tax on transactions. Order details including item amounts and shipping addresses are transmitted to TaxJar solely for the purpose of tax calculation. TaxJar’s privacy policy is available at https://www.taxjar.com/privacy.
Authorize.net
Payment processing is handled by Authorize.net, a payment gateway operated by Visa. Payment card data is transmitted directly to Authorize.net’s secure servers and is never stored on our systems. Authorize.net is PCI-DSS compliant. Their privacy policy is available at https://www.authorize.net/company/privacy.
6. Security of Your Data
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Specific measures include:
- SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers
- Payment card data is processed directly by Authorize.net and never stored on our servers
- Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users and applicable regulatory authorities as required by law, within the timeframes specified by applicable regulations (e.g., 72 hours under GDPR).
7. Data Retention
We retain your Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. Order and transaction records are retained in accordance with applicable tax and accounting regulations. You may request deletion of your data subject to our legal retention obligations (see Section 10).
8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- Right to Know: You may request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal data we have collected about you.

11. Children’s Privacy
