Description
Wedding Welcome and Seating Signs are welcome signs and seating charts sized for an easel. Put one at the entrance to greet guests, and one near the reception door so people find their table.
Easels are not included.
Sizes
Choose 18" x 24" or 24" x 36". The 24" x 36" gives a long guest list room to breathe.
Material Options
- 0.25" Acrylic Sheet: clear acrylic, 1/4 inch thick. It is the look most couples ask for.
- 3/16" Foam Core: light, and fine for one day.
Color and Printing
Full Color Front + White Ink Front prints white ink under the color, so the design reads on glass-clear plastic instead of disappearing into the background. You can also print Full Color Front only, or Full Color Front / Full Color Back for a sign seen from both sides.
Contour Cut
Pick Yes to cut the sign to the outline of your design, such as an arch or a floral edge. Pick No for a regular rectangle.
Drill Holes and Hardware
Add 3/8" drill holes in all 4 corners, at the center top and bottom, or at the top corners only, to hang the sign. Each layout is also offered with 5/8"X1" silver standoffs, which hold the sign off the wall. Or choose No Drill Hole or Hardware for a sign that sits on an easel.

Templates
Free PDF templates for this product, at the exact size with bleed. Put your design over the template, then delete the guide lines before you send your file.
- Blue line: the bleed edge. Extend your background to it, so no white edge shows after cutting.
- Red dashed line: where it is cut.
- Green dashed line: the safe area. Keep text and logos inside it.
