Description
The Men's Midweight Cotton T-Shirt is the AS Colour Staple 5001, a regular fit tee for team shirts, events, merch, uniforms and promotions. We decorate it with DTF transfers or screen printing.
Fabric and Fit
The fabric is 5.3 oz, 28-singles, 100% combed cotton. Heather colors are 15% viscose. The shirt is preshrunk to minimize shrinkage, and it is vegan.
The fit is regular and the weight is mid weight.
Construction
The neck has ribbing. The sides are seamed, and tape runs shoulder to shoulder. The hems are double needle.
Sizes and Colors
Sizes run from XS to 5XL.
It comes in more than 70 colors. Bone, Natural and Ecru are UPF 10+.
Care Instructions
Machine wash cold with like colors. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean. Do not iron over the print. Line dry in shade.
Full Color Printing
We print this garment in house with DTF transfers (direct to film). Your design is printed in full color on a film, coated with an adhesive powder and heat pressed onto the shirt.
DTF prints photos, gradients, fine lines and small text, and it looks the same on light and dark colors. There is no color minimum and no setup fee, so a single shirt is fine.
The print sits on top of the fabric with a thin, flexible feel. It holds up to regular washing when the care instructions are followed.
