Description
Numbered NCR Form Pads are carbonless forms where every sheet carries its own sequential number. Businesses use them for invoices, receipt books and work orders, and anywhere a copy must be kept for records.
Numbering
Each form in the pad gets a unique number, printed on the front. This makes it easier to track single transactions, match copies to each other and keep a clear paper trail for audits or customer questions.
2-Part and 3-Part Stock
Choose 20lb 2-part or 20lb 3-part stock. With 2 parts, you keep one copy and give one to the customer. With 3 parts, you can send the extra copy to another department or keep it for a second file. The pads are uncoated.
Colors and Sizes
Print in one color on the front for a simple logo and business name, or in full color on the front for a more detailed design.
Sizes: 5.5" x 8.5" and 8.5" x 11".

Free PDF templates for this product, at the exact size with bleed. Put your design over the template, then delete the guide lines before you send your file.
- Blue line: the bleed edge. Extend your background to it, so no white edge shows after cutting.
- Red dashed line: where it is cut.
- Green dashed line: the safe area. Keep text and logos inside it.
