Description
Printed Address Envelopes are digitally printed envelopes where each one in a batch carries a different recipient name and address. People use them for direct mail, invitations and other large mailings, with full color graphics printed on the same envelope.
Sizes
Sizes: 3.875" x 8.875", 4.125" x 9.5", 4.375" x 5.75", 4.75" x 6.5" and 5.25" x 7.25".
Stock Options
Choose 70lb Natural or 70lb Premium Opaque. Both are uncoated, so the surface is plain paper with no gloss or sheen.
Printing
Pick full color on the front or full color on the front and back. Use the back for a message, a logo or a pattern that shows when the envelope is turned over.
Printing is digital, which is what allows a different address on every envelope. The uncoated paper takes ink cleanly, so addresses stay clear to read.
Quantities
Order from 100 to 2,500 envelopes. If your mailing also needs cards or flyers, we can print those too.

Templates
Free PDF templates for this product, at the exact size with bleed. Put your design over the template, then delete the guide lines before you send your file.
- Blue line: the bleed edge. Extend your background to it, so no white edge shows after cutting.
- Red dashed line: where it is cut.
- Green dashed line: the safe area. Keep text and logos inside it.
- Gray dash-dot line: where it folds, like a brochure's panels, a flag's pole pocket or a catalog cover around its spine, or the edge of an envelope's flap. Keep text off the fold. Folded templates have an outside and an inside page, with each panel named.
