What files do I need for variable addressing envelopes?

You upload two things: your envelope artwork and a mailing list.

• Artwork: PDF is best, JPG also works.
• Mailing list: a CSV (comma delimited) file only.

The CSV needs these column headers, spelled exactly like this:

• Column A: FULL NAME
• Column B: COMPANY
• Column C: ADDRESS
• Column D: SUITE/APT
• Column E: CITY STATE ZIP CODE

Leave a column empty when a record doesn't have that information, but keep the header. Check the template on the product page for where the address prints on the envelope, and keep that area clear in your design.
