How much bleed do counter cards need, and how do they stand up?

Counter cards need 0.5" bleed on all sides. An 8.5" x 11" counter card should be set up at 9.5" x 12".
They stand up with a 5" double-wing easel back that has an adhesive strip. The easels are attached and shipped flat, so you fold them out when the cards arrive.
