Yes, but be careful. We cut through a large stack of sheets at once, and the stack can shift a tiny bit during cutting. On the finished piece that shows up as a border that is a little wider on one side than the other.
The closer the border is to the edge, the more you will notice it. If you want a border, make it thick and keep it well inside the safe area. A thin frame right at the edge is the design most likely to look off.
On banners and large signs we don't recommend borders at all. The materials can stretch or vary from batch to batch. If you really need one, make it at least 2" thick.
