Description

A booklet flyer combines the extended content space of a booklet with the practicality and lower cost of a flyer, making it a useful format for menus, event programs, product catalogs, and multi-page promotional handouts. This format works well when a single-page flyer doesn't provide enough room to communicate detailed information, such as multiple product listings, service descriptions, or event schedules, but a full-scale bound book isn't necessary.

Stock and Material Options

Booklet flyers are available in a range of paper stocks to match different budgets and presentation needs. Choices include 70lb Premium Opaque for a lightweight, cost-efficient run, 70lb and 80lb Gloss Book for a smoother printed page, 80lb Gloss Cover for a sturdier feel, and 100lb options in Dull Book, Gloss Book, Gloss Cover, and Matte Book finishes for a heavier, more substantial piece. Heavier stocks such as the 100lb Gloss Cover or 80lb Gloss Cover are better suited to covers or standalone sheets that will be handled frequently, while the lighter Premium Opaque and Book weights are practical for interior pages or higher-volume distribution.

Color and Coating Choices

Printing is available in full color on the front only, full color front with one color back, or full color on both sides, allowing the level of coverage to match the content and budget of each project. Coating options include an uncoated finish for a natural, non-reflective surface that's easy to write on and comfortable to read under most lighting conditions, as well as Aqueous Coating, Satin Aqueous Coating, and Full UV on the printed side or sides for a glossier, more durable finish. Uncoated stock is often preferred for pieces with a lot of text or that customers may want to annotate, while coated finishes suit pieces meant to stand out visually or hold up to more handling.

Folding and Layout Options

Booklet flyers can be produced as a simple half fold in either horizontal or vertical orientation, or with a perforation added to the half fold for pieces that include a tear-off section such as a coupon, ticket stub, or reply card. This makes the format adaptable for programs that need a self-contained insert as well as straightforward multi-page handouts.
